Founded by Nishant Kalbhor, a pioneer with over 15 years in EV innovation and 12+ years in axial flux R&D, Kalbhorz Electric emerged to redefine electric propulsion. Nishant’s leadership spans co-founding Tork Motors and serving as CEO/CTO at Tresa Energy. Nishant has achieved global milestones, including wins at the Isle of Man TT (2009), TTXGP Championship (2010), and multiple Formula Student Hybrid races. In 2022, KE won two IDEX SPRINT Navy Challenges, recognized by India’s Defense Ministry for its Axial flux innovation to be incorporated in Traction and Pumping application for Indian Navy. Co-led by Aniket Patil, with over 13 years in design, manufacturing, and global operations, KE integrates engineering depth with strategic execution. Together, they have shaped KE into a hub of high-performance electric powertrain solutions trusted across mobility and defense sectors.
